Work with me · AI systems for your business

One job in your business, turned into a system your team runs.

Every business has a job that depends on one person's know-how, or eats hours every week: the quote that takes an afternoon, the enquiries nobody gets to, the report someone puts together by hand every Monday. I find that job, build an AI system that does it on your own tools, and hand it to your team working.

Two ways to start

A fixed price for a fixed job.

You know the cost before I start. Half to start and half at handover for a First System; a Second Opinion is paid upfront, and its whole fee comes off a First System if you go ahead.

First System

Your first AI system, working in two weeks.

  1. 01Find the job.I sit with you and the people doing the work, see where the hours actually go, and pick the one job where AI will save the most.
  2. 02Build it.I build a working system for that job on your own tools and data, inside your accounts, so it's yours from the first day.
  3. 03Hand it over.I train your team on it so it runs without me, and leave you a one-page plan for the next 90 days: what to build next, what it should cost, and what not to build.

Second Opinion

Before you spend on AI, a second opinion.

You've got a quote from a developer or an agency, or an idea for an AI product, and you want to know it's right before you commit. I go through it and tell you plainly what's worth building, what's overbuilt, what a smaller first version looks like and what it should cost. You have it in writing within a week of receiving everything.

What it could be

The jobs I'd look at first.

One job, done properly every day, without anyone having to remember it. That is what most businesses need first.

  1. 01Quoting and estimating from your price lists, catalogues and past jobs
  2. 02Answering, sorting and following up enquiries
  3. 03Scheduling and job tracking
  4. 04Reading the documents that come in: orders, invoices, specifications, compliance forms
  5. 05A report that collects its numbers, checks them and writes itself every morning

What I've built

Systems teams run.

The test of everything I build: the business owning it, not depending on me.

Cre8tive Sales · Newest · October 2026

LinkedIn keeps two sales seats apart. I built the place where the whole team sees everything.

I built Cre8tive AI's sales workspace in a day. It researches every prospect, writes each approach and gives the whole team one view of the outreach, and when LinkedIn's limits nearly ended the programme, I had the fix live the same evening.

The AI Briefing Engine, as I designed it in 2024.

AI Briefing Engine · Cre8tive AI

A job only I could do, turned into a system the whole team runs.

I designed the AI system that took client briefing at Cre8tive AI from one to two hours of my time to minutes of anyone's. 149 briefs from 20 accounts by March 2026, and it's still in production.

The first page of a daily report, with its figures and names blurred.

Daily campaign report · Cre8tive AI

A report that collects its numbers, checks them, writes itself and sends itself, every morning.

A campaign stopped without telling anyone, so I built Cre8tive AI's directors a daily report that makes sure nothing like that goes unseen again. It took a day, and it runs by itself.

Pratt Group's home page: four parts of one business.

Pratt Group and The George · New Zealand

Two websites, built for the businesses to run themselves.

Pratt Group's own staff change their prices, products and machines for hire without ringing a developer, and the business has come back for three paid rounds of additions since launch.

The voice platform's campaigns screen.

AI voice platform

An AI agent that makes the calls, on a platform a business can run.

I designed and built a full-stack AI calling platform on my own in early 2025, a couple of months after voice agents were first released, and launched it for two businesses.

How I work

Yours, from the first day.

It's yours.

I build in your accounts, on your tools. Once the work is paid for, the system belongs to you, and your team runs it without depending on me.

Your data stays yours.

Your information stays in your own systems wherever it can. The AI services I build on are business services whose terms don't let them train on your data, and I tell you which ones your system uses.

A fixed price.

You know the cost before I start. Anything beyond the agreed job is quoted before I touch it.

What not to build.

Not every job needs AI. Some need a better form, a spreadsheet or nothing at all, and you'll hear that from me first.

About me · Brisbane · Australia and New Zealand

Cameron Tang. AI Systems Architect.

I've worked commercially with generative AI since 2023, when it first became real. I design and build AI systems: products a team can run without me, agents that do real work, and the infrastructure that holds it all together. As AI Capability Lead at Cre8tive AI, I've built or designed every AI product and delivered every film the agency has put out. I direct AI films, including work on a feature film. And I run my own work on a team of AI agents I designed, which is how I know what the newest models can do before most businesses have tried them.
